The grievance cell looks into the grievances of the students, should there be any such occasion. The students felt that they have a forum to express their views on any issue which might crop up, but the administration ensures that the system is efficient, leaving no room practically for any complaint. Students may also express their grievances online by filling out the form. for Grievance Register Online.

The college assists the students in looking after their health. The college doctor will be available in the college campus for consultation. Students can seek advice from our Medical Officer any time. Regular health check-ups will also be conducted for all the students. Students can consult the college doctor even after the college hours at his chamber. Hospital services are available at our own Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Research Institute, situated nearby our campus 

This is notified to all the staff members, faculty members, officers and the student community that instances of caste discrimination on the ground of social origin have come to the notice of UGC in higher education institutes in the country, which is in itself an illegal offence. So all should desist from such an act of discrimination. The management of RGCET appeals that official/faculty members should not indulge in any kind of discrimination against student of any community or category. A committee has been constituted to have a close watch on non occurrence of such incidents. The individuas/victim can register their complaints in the Complaints Register, in the Principal Office or office of registrar.  A serious and unrelenting action will be taken against the erring official.  for Complaint Register Online

The College has a fleet of 18 buses to transport students and staff from various parts of the city and its neighbouring areas to the College and back home. College bus facility is available to every student. Every student is expected to avail the transport facility to enable her to be punctual to the College. Besides the regular scheduled trips, the facility is extended for occasions like after the College hour Special Coaching classes, Placements and Training, Campus Drive, etc.

Our College is a member of the National Knowledge Network (NKN) which is a high-speed network backbone interconnecting major educational and research institutions. NKN is maintained by National Informatics Network (NIC), Government of India. NKN provides a bandwidth of 40 Mbps to the college. In addition, a 100 Mbps internet connection has been taken from BSNL. All network traffic are monitored and controlled through a firewall. A fiber-optic backbone has been laid to provide connectivity to various parts of the campus.

 

Our campus is connected by WiFi in few places. Access points have been deployed in few blocks in the campus so that internet can be accessed from anywhere within the college premises. Wi-Fi will be available on Laptops, Desktops and in all devices (other than running Android application).

The institution provides excellent hostel facilities for boys and girls with delicious food. The hygienically maintained canteen inside the campus provides lunch and snacks. Only vegetarian food is provided. Lunch is provided inside the campus for all students. A separate Hostel building with One Lakh Sq. ft. is being constructed and the same will be ready for occupation in the near future.
